Sea Waltz Season

There are a lot of benefits when buying your flowers direct from the farm, such as freshness and quality control, but one benefit that you may not be aware of is direct communication with the grower.

Sea Waltz growing in Oxnard

We have received great feedback on our Sea Waltz Delphinium. These deep blue flowering spikes grow wonderfully on the Oxnard Plain, just south of Ventura, in Southern California. This flower is both beautiful and versatile, adding line and texture to bouquets, and having enough pretense to be a solid standalone consumer bunch. It is at once dramatic and delicate, making it perfect for special event and wedding work.

We have seen this flower trending up. And since we are the growers, we have been able to physically increase how many stems we have in the ground. This allows us to serve you better. We don't need to chase the supply, we simply grow more.

Blue Spikey Beauty

It is important to know who grows your flowers and what they stand for. Sun Valley is here for our customers and we love growing flowers. Many of us could leave the floral industry and make more money or drive a shiny pick-up truck.  However, flower farming is in our blood and our trucks like the dust and mud. It’s what we do.

Just picked Sea Waltz, still tight.

Come out to either our Arcata or Oxnard farm and take a morning walk with Lane. What flowers are your customer asking for? What varieties are you hunting for? How long do you want the stems?

When you partner with Sun Valley, you get a lot more than just a cooler full of flowers. Check out our Sea Waltz and let us know how we can help you grow your business literally from the ground up.
